Q)1. What do I have to do if I want to order a bespoke gift?

(A) 1. Send us an email providing the artist/makers name, the product you would like, your budget and specific design details. We will then email you back with a lead time and price.

(Q) 2. Can I purchase Gift Vouchers online?

(A) 2. Yes you can, please click on the Picture Perfect link on toolbar.

(Q) 3. If I buy online but live locally can I collect in person from the gallery?

(A) 3. Yes you can, to do so you will need to speak to Louise or Rachael to arrange. There will be no charge and items will be stored for a period of seven days.

(Q) 4. Do you offer a Wedding List Service?

(A) 4. Due to the nature of our products being handmade and mostly one-offs, we ask that couples request friends and family to purchase GIFT VOUCHERS either online or from the gallery. These can then be used to purchase or commission 'Wish List' items.  Please call and speak to Rachael or Louise for further information.

(Q) 5. What do I do if an item I want to buy is OUT OF STOCK?

(A) 5. Due to the nature of our products being handmade and mostly one-offs, once sold we will replace with a similar product from the same collection. Our best selling lines will hopefully never be out of stock, however, please email or call us if you would like to discuss this further.

(Q) 6. Do you Gift Wrap purchases?

(A) 6. Yes, we actually offer this as a COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE! We beautifully wrap all items in our signature turquoise paper and use either raffia or ribbons to embellish.
